What's included in my ticket?
Two nights' accommodation. Friday and Saturday dinner at one long table, by candlelight. Every activity across the weekend. Transportation within town once you arrive. What's not included: getting here, and whatever you drink to steady yourself.
Dress code?
The year is 1880. The Dress Code will find you once RSVP'd.
When should I arrive? When can I leave?
Arrive Friday afternoon. Check-in opens at 4PM. Dinner is Friday evening at 7PM sharp. The weekend ends Sunday morning with breakfast and departure. You should plan to be free all day Friday through Sunday. If you need to leave early Sunday that's possible, so don't stress.
Can I bring a friend? A plus-one?
Yes, spread the word! First come first served.
Is the location really haunted?
We don't explain it. Neither has anyone else.
What if I'm traveling alone?
Rooms are shared, two guests each. When you book, tell us who you're staying with and we'll place you together. If you're traveling alone and want to room by yourself, email us and we'll work out single occupancy options.
What should I pack? What's the weather like?
Late October in wine country runs mild during the day — highs in the mid-low-70s — but cools considerably in the evening and at night. Mornings are crisp. It's breezy. Bring layers: a sweater or jacket for the evenings, something you can shed during the day. Long pants. Closed shoes — you'll be walking through town and into places you may not want to explore in sandals.
One more thing: dress for 1880, but dress warm. The location has its own temperature, and it's not always the one outside.
What's your refund policy?
Your place is confirmed when payment is received. Until September 1, 2026 — full refund, less a $100 administrative fee. September 1 to October 1 — 50% refund. After October 1 — no refund. Costs for your room, your dinners, and your place at the table are committed by that point.
Places may be transferred to another guest at any time. Tell us who is taking your place and we will arrange it.
How do I book? What happens after I pay?
You'll receive a confirmation email with next steps. After that, you'll hear from us only when it's time.
