Cancellations

Your place is confirmed when payment is received.

Until 1 September 2026 — full refund, less a $100 administrative fee.
1 September to 1 October — 50% refund.
After 1 October — no refund. Costs for your room, your dinners and your place at the table are committed by this point.

Places may be transferred to another guest at any time. Tell us who is taking your place and we will arrange it.

There are thirty-nine places. When you take one, no one else can.
